The same as someone saying ecoboost. Or Cummins. The engine is called an ecodiesel is all.

I would assume because that's what it is called "Eco-Diesel" refers to a more greener diesel engine then "just a diesel", maximizing better fuel economy with less emissions, hence "Eco".

@@UnwindingRoads OK. Sounds like a marketing term then. I believe they require special additives from a separate tank, so it's good to know what you're getting into when buying one. Not simply a diesel, but a diesel with added complications and expenses.

@@TomSupergan absolutely. Luckily those added expenses can be shut off or even removed. Can't beat the power or the fuel economy. 500+ ft lbs of torque at the wheels and 30 mpg. People don't believe it but what can I do. Can only lead a horse to water.

Sounds like the perfect setup! Ya here we have to have them covered on the road. For sure they're too bright for oncoming traffic. But with little or no traffic it's safer to have them for sure. Haven't seen any grizzly here. They're around 100 klms away (60 miles) but nothing close. Lots of black bear. Saw a cinnamon one on my way in so I was a little nervous. They're fine unless they're spooked so I kept talking to the camera lol

best way to get a hold of them is sales@ecodieselownerscanada.com I have had NO issues with switch on the fly and the tazer. One requires you to be on the brake and the other requires you to be in the radio menu. That said, he has told me multiple times that he can not support this because there has been too many complaints with them not working together. I believe this is user error but unfortunately it's EOC that has to deal with the consequences of it... Hope this helps....

Highly recommend. The weird part is it just feels normal. Like it's supposed to be like that. The white always felt horrible. The glow it puts out was awful. Easy mod. Great outcome. Go for it!

@@UnwindingRoadsIf it works it works. This is what happened when I first cut my hair without a double mirror 😂. BTW I realized I never painted my hardtop since I use a sunshade that’s always installed. Pro tip: Doubles as a ceiling storage net and sound insulation.
